Booking Policies

 

Please review the policies here before booking to prepare for your visit to BROWD. We go above and beyond to ensure your experience is pure perfection. BROWD values you & your time and asks that you respect the following guidelines. Thank you for your business, babe!

Our Policy:

  • Any cancellation in less than 24 hours from your appointment, or a no show to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the total booking fee when scheduling your appointment.

  • Please contact us if you will be arriving later than your appointment time. We offer a 7 minute grace period for your appointment. If you arrive outside of the grace period, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.

  • We require a 50% booking fee (non refundable for PMU) to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be equal to the booking fee charged upon scheduling your appointment.

  • If you are a new client and a “no-show” cancellation fee is assessed, we reserve the right to prevent further bookings, and to decline rescheduling your cancelled appointment. If the cancellation fee is unable to be collected, you will be prevented from scheduling future appointments until the fee is collected.

  • If you are an existing client and a “no-show” cancellation fee is assessed 2 or more times, we reserve the right to prevent further bookings, or require payment in full before booking future services.

  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency or life event, the charged cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

  • No-shows fall under the same guidelines as a cancellation

  • Well behaved kids and pups are welcome :)
